Due to the custom, personalized, and hygienic nature of our products and services, all sales are final.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been submitted, no returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted. This includes, but is not limited to, custom wigs, U-Part wigs, Provide Your Own Hair services, cranial prostheses, doll wigs, children’s wigs, and other customized products or services.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details, including hair texture, length, color, cap construction, lace size, head size, measurements, styling selections, shipping address, and any other customization options before completing their purchase.

If custom measurements are provided, please ensure they are accurate. Tia Dwana Collection LLC is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements or information submitted by the customer.
