All sales are final. No exceptions!! By placing an order you agree and understand that we cannot cancel or exchange your order and you will not be provided a refunded. If there is an issue after you receive an item, please let us know within 48 hours of your wig delivered. If you cannot try on your wig withing that time frame, please try it on before the lace is cut and the wig is worn out. Once you wear the wig, you are agreeing you are happy with what you have received, and we may not be able to assist with any issues further. please see our FAQS for additional information. 

Items cannot be exchanged due to sanitary issues with hair & caps also each wig is made to order and custom to head size. We will not accept any returns unless you are retuning the wig for us to fix an issue. 

Orders are custom made and processed by the order they are received. Please visit are FAQS page for our time frames.

 

Your order will be cancelled if the shipping and billing addresses do not match! Or you will be asked to provide additional information and a photo ID. Once your package is shipped and you receive a tracking number, we are NOT responsible for any misplaced, lost, or damaged items. You can contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number for additional information. 

 
We have the right to Refuse, cancel or refund an order at anytime. 

It is your responsibility to provide correct measurements and/or head size for custom wigs. It’s not our responsibility for any too big or too small fitting.

 Warranty plans:

You can now choose a protection plan for 6 months or 1 year. These plans are or the care and maintenance of your custom wig. These plans include:

2 Spa services: includes deep conditioning and styling of your choice.  

2 Band and comb replacements

1 lace replacement 

1 color touch up (or custom wigs made with color)

warranty plan starts from the day your item is delivered.

Processing time frames for warranty maintenance will be the same as provide your own hair service.
