  • Are your wigs ready to wear? 

ALL wigs are customized to with bleached knots, Pre plucked hairline, and an adjustable band. Please be prepared to provide your measurements as units are made to order and custom to your head size (or circumference). Unless the wig is ready to ship

  • How long does it take for shipping? (Times below are business days)

 

*Paying for expedited shipping does not speed up processing timeframes. It only applies when the product is actually shipped & in transit to you

  • Is there a return policy?

-All sales are final. Wigs cannot be exchanged or return due to sanitary issues with hair and your order process as soon as it is placed because of this ALL SALES ARE FINAL !! If there is a problem with your order we can fix it. Please send us an email. Also, Please note we are not responsible for incorrect measurements given and your wig not fitting. Your wig can be remade once sent back to us. There is a fee to remake your wig.

  • How do I order a custom wig?

-Use the “Create your own wig” tab in the drop down menu. When filing out the form please be specific as possible and use complete sentences for faster service. We will reach out to clarify your order. If there is something specific you would like please reach out to us. 

We also offer wigs to choose from from our collection. All wigs are made to order unless under "ready to ship"

  • Are there any sales or promotions?

-Subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on Social media to receive promotional offers. 

  • Will the wig fit my head properly.

-Yes if you provide your correct measurements. If you cannot provide your measurements for any reason Please provide Small, Medium, or Large and we will use measurements based on the universal head chart. We are not responsible for any issues regarding how your wig fits! 

***Your order will be cancelled if the shipping and billing addresses do not match! Once your package is shipped and you receive a tracking number, we are NOT responsible for any misplaced, lost, or damaged items. You can contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number for additional information****

 All orders over $300 (or if you order multiple items) will require a signature in order to be delivered or new clients. All orders over $500 will require a signature for returning clients. If your order raises a red flag with our website a signature will be required for all packages.
